What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the contact form or by email: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and continue our correspondence.
The legal basis for processing is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to a message sent via the form.
How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of that cooperation and until any claims become time-barred. To protect the form against spam, we store a hash of the IP address for a maximum of one hour.
Who we share data with
Data may be processed by the hosting and email provider whose services we use, solely to the extent necessary for the website and email to function. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, or to restrict its processing, as well as the right to object and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies and analytics
The palostop.pl website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising scripts. Fonts and all website files are loaded from our own server.
